What You’ll Learn in Our PLCnext Technology Courses

Our PLCnext Technology courses have been developed in consultation with Phoenix Contact. Participants successfully completing any of the courses will receive a joint Certificate of Completion from Realpars and Phoenix Contact.

The majority of our courses are developed around the PLCnext Technology Starter Kit using PLCnext Engineer as the programming language.

For more details on the Starter Kit, check out this link.

Even though our lessons are developed with numerous hands-on examples and exercises, participants can work through the courses without owning a Starter Kit.

By following our PLCnext Technology courses, you will learn about:

  • Programming in Ladder Logic using PLCnext Engineer
  • Using C++ with PLCnext Technology
  • Creating a dynamic eHMI using PLCnext Engineer
  • Integrating NODE-Red and MQTT with PLCnext Engineer for IIot applications

We have also developed an application-specific course on the Phoenix Contact MINT Energy Management Solution.

All of our PLCnext Technology training utilizes practical examples and is taught by our instructors who have considerable experience with Phoenix Contact hardware and software.

Instructors focus on providing you with the skills needed to get you up and running quickly on the PLCnext Technology hardware and software.

As a complete beginner, our courses are designed to teach you the basics of programming concepts, as well as hardware configuration and wiring, before progressing to advanced concepts. Having said that, seasoned professionals can benefit greatly from our courses too!
