An RTD measures temperature by a change in resistance. It is one of the most common temperature sensors in industry. It is accurate and stable when you install it well.

This RTD course has 4 lessons. You learn how an RTD works and how it compares with a thermocouple. Then you learn how to install and maintain an RTD. In the last lesson you learn the difference between field calibration and lab calibration. It is a quick option if you want RTD classes online that you can finish in one sitting.
