Timers and counters are in almost every PLC program. You use them to delay a motor, count products, or run steps one after the other. This course teaches them with many small programs from real machines.
PLC Programming MADE EASY Level 2 has 77 lessons. It starts with addressing, latch and set instructions, flip-flops, and positive and negative edge detection. Then you learn PLC timers: pulse, on-delay, and off-delay. You use them in programs like an industrial dryer and a pipe water test. You also create a project and configure hardware in STEP 7 V13 (TIA Portal). The next part covers PLC counters, with a bottle filling program and long timing with a timer and a counter. At the end you learn how to archive and retrieve a project in STEP 7 V5.x and TIA Portal.
