In many robot cells, a slip sheet goes between layers of product. The robot must pick each sheet and place it at the right time. This needs its own I/O, its own positions, and its own program logic.
This is part 7 of our Fanuc Robot Training series. It has 14 lessons. You learn the role of slip sheets in robotics and how layering with multiple slip sheets works. You look at the slip sheet I/O. Then you teach the slip sheet dispenser and handle more than one slip sheet. You write the second slip sheet program, find the slip sheet position, and pick from a stack. At the end, you go through the code and run the cell.
